Quilling flowers

Today I’m going to show you how to make On-edge Quilling Flowers.

Watch the video here 👇

You can also read the process.

Materials required:

* Quilling strips (3 mm wide)

* Acrylic colours, brush

* Tweezer, Glue

* Tracing paper, Pencil

* Oil pastel (Black, Brown)

* Scissor

How to do:

1) First draw the picture. Then Color the upper half part with black color.

2) Now, Color the lower part with a mixture of black & little bit of white Color. And Color the flowers, stems & mushrooms.

3) According to the lines, fold the strips, apply glue on edge of the strip & fix it according to the line.

4) In the same way, apply strips on all other parts.

5) Measure the size, then cut the strip.

6) Using glue, fix the strip.

7) Like this, fill all the blank spaces.

8) Apply small strips on the bottom part.

9) And also apply on upper part.

This is done, because when you will place a Paper on it, then it will work as a supportive part.

10) Take a tracing paper & take outline of how much part is required to cover the mushroom.

11) Transfer the marking on a paper & cut it out.

12) Give shading to the upper part using black oil pastel.

Do the same for other mushrooms, but don’t apply strips on upper part.

13) Now, by folding the strips, make leaves and grasses.

So, finally you are done. 😊

    These are beautiful! I bought a quilling set a while ago and haven’t really done anything with it. I’ll have to try this!
