Materials required:

• Colour papers of length 20.5 cm

• Crimper, slotted tool/toothpick

• Paper knife, Pencil , Glue, Scissor

• Drawing sheet/ Cardstock paper

• Acrylic colours, Paint brush, Tweezer, Paper frame

Steps:

1) Take a colour paper and cut it with paper knife of width 3 mm.

2) For first Cactus- Join 3 strips & using crimped, line your Strips up against the wheels, then turn the handle.

3) Use slotted tool to twirl the Strip.

4) Pinch the crimped coil into Cactus shape.

5) Apply glue on the coil and stick it on cardstock paper.

Like this, make different size Cactus and stick on paper.

6) For second cactus- Take another colour Strips and join the ends.

7) First make a tight coil using toothpick.

8) Slightly loosen the coil. Carefully do this, otherwise the coil will open.

9) Apply glue & let it dry.

10) Using finger nail, pinch the coil at bottom part.

11) Make another coil, glue it’s base part and stick to the paper.

12) For third cactus-Take 5 yellow & 8 celadon colour Strips.

13) Join both the Strips together.

14) Measure the distance then fold the Strip.

You’ll get these below design.

15) Apply glue to the base and fix it on frame.

16) Draw different types of leaves.

17) Cut out the drawn parts.

18) Colour all the cut outs.

This one is the final part, stick all the cut outs on the frame.

I hope, you liked this. 😊

Happy Quilling!!
