Paper Photo Frame Making

HOW TO MAKE PAPER PHOTO FRAME

Photo frames have been around for more than 3,000 years!
It protects from harm and display your art in a visually appealing manner. It also enhances the art itself.
Now-a-days,you can get different types of frames like Metal frames,Wood photo frames,Modern digital photo frames, etc.
But,here I will make a paper photo frame.

Come on,let’s start to make the frame. 😊

MATERIALS REQUIRED:

  • Any thick paper (I have used a book’s front cover part 😂 )
  • Scissor
  • Glue
  • Ruler

HOW TO MAKE:

  • Take a photo to be framed and place it on the paper.
  • Mark three 1cm & one 0.5 cm on the left and right side from the photo and mark four 1cm on the top & bottom part of the paper.Mark the lines as shown in the picture below:
●Cut the white blank part and half of your work is done.

●Now,fold the lines with a ruler. Depending on the thickness of the paper, this is necessary otherwise not. Fold the paper inward along the folded marks.

●Apply glue on the sides of the outer folding part,as shown in the picture:

●Now,this last part is little bit tricky. So,have patience while doing.
Plug the longer side folding into the holes of the shorter side and repeat the same for the other side.
Here’s the final outlook of the frame 👇 :

You can color the side parts with acrylic paint. I’ve painted it with black color.
Finally, you are done! 😊
